Entries for the Moyleman open in the autumn of each year. In recent years we have run a ballot for places. In 2025 we opened the ballot on 3 November, and it was open until 11 November. Those selected in the ballot were emailed and given two days to take up their place. Everyone who didn’t secure a place was put on a waiting list and, if runners didn’t confirm their place, or dropped out at a later date, places were allocated to runners on the waiting list.
